She had recently made the headlines following her appearance at the 63rd annual Grammy Awards in March, where she flaunted her natural body hair in a stunning outfit. Yet again, Julia has returned, and this time around, she has got a message for her haters, including body shamers.
Julia Michaels is an activist for body positivity! In March 2021, the singer had shown off her underarms on the red carpet at the Grammys.

She's one celebrity who doesn't care what people have to say about her body.
The Grammy winner has proudly displayed her armpit hair in two Instagram Selfies, joking in the caption that people who have something to say about “you or your body” can go ingest a bag of worms. The songwriter took the chance to rebel against social norms, and YES, but she nailed it quite well.
In her latest Instagram Selfies, Julia joked that people who have something to say about “you or your body” can go ingest a bag of worms.
Her followers and fans agreed to her remark, especially as they have filled the comment section with supportive messages without hesitation. “I have many things to say about your body. I. perfect 2. Sexy. 3. Perfect, 4. Damn. 5. Woah 6. (clap). 7. Holy wow, love. 8. Come cuddle. 9. (emoji) etc. etc.” Julia’s BF JP Saxe in the comment section.
Without hesitation, the comment section got filled with supportive messages.




A fan added: “Your body is your body; no one should ever try to change someone else; mind your own business! Btw, you are absolutely beautiful. While a third stated: “If the body hair weren’t supposed to be there, it wouldn’t grow. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable.”
It turned out Julia hadn't shaved her armpits for over a year, having realized life was so much better when she didn't have to.

It turned out, Julia had done the same in her music video for “Lie Like This.” More interestingly, she hasn’t shaved her armpits for over a year. She claimed via Twitter that she had realized life was so much better when she didn’t have to. “Honestly, I’m not shaving my armpits ever again. I don’t know why I ever did before. Social norms can eat eggplant.” Julie had written.
