Nurse Posts How His Toyota Truck Looks After He Saves Many Lives From Fire, Toyota's Response Will Surprise You

In the midst of the deadliest inferno in the history of California stories of unsung heroes are passed around for anyone who cares to listen. Brave men and women who risk everything including their lives to save others. On such tale of heroism came from a hospital in the town of Paradise. The doctors, nurses, paramedics, and police officers continued to honor their codes and save lives, treat patients at the facility's parking lot even as the fire razed down everything around them before finally getting a small clearance through which they were whisked to safety.

One of the nurses, Allyn Pierce, although refusing to be tagged a hero said the rescue was a coordinated effort. He lost his home, job and his truck a Toyota Tundra which he actively used in the evacuation. Its heavily scorched body just proves how much of the heat it took yet it remained unbowed as it whisked trapped individuals to safety.

Its owner Allan, clearly held it dear as he took to social media to praise Toyota for the hardy manufacturing of the vehicle that saved his life and a dozen others. What ensued was a mutually beneficial relationship between Allan and Toyota that was a glimmer of good in the tragic wildfires.

“The reaction has been so positive and supportive,” he said.

“Starting with the truck community and spreading out to the world. It’s surreal. My contact at Toyota has been so compassionate, supportive, and understanding of my scattered state of mind.”

“We’re doing what everyone else is doing. Finding a rental, finding a job (now that my hospital burned down), making sure our kids get to meet up with their friends and teachers that have also been displaced. My heart hurts for Paradise.” Said an optimistic Allan
