Alcoholics find controlling their drinking behavior to be extremely hard. When these people are sober, some of them are recognized to be an upstanding citizen, good fathers, and mothers as well as helpful workers and colleagues. But once they gulp on a few glasses of alcohols, they begin to lose themselves and turn violent. Victims of violence at home by alcoholic partners often mention that their partners are a much better person before they drink.
It could be that you won't see yourself as a horrible person when you drink. Or maybe you just want to lose some weight. Some of you have a severe medical condition and you need to stop drinking asap. Whatever your reason is, have the conviction that you are doing great and you can do this.
These people have managed to stay sober for weeks, months and even years! Some had to be brought into the ICU while others simply wanted to get a grip of their life instead of letting alcohol takes over. And dare we say they all look so much better!
