We thought we're sailing smoothly into 2019 and hoping that it becomes a better year and a year where people will also become better. But, alas, it was impossible with the widespread use of the Internet that knows no discrimination in terms of intelligence. And there's a very important reason why I think people should have the necessary capacity to understand the common sense that Earth's age is not the same with the Julian Calendar proposed by the Roman Caesar, Julius Caesar.
Because we thought that everyone should have the same rights, we are seeing tweets like these ones below. They are celebrating the birthday of the Earth, they said the Earth is 2019 and they said it has lived for so long that none has ever lived for so long like Earth (which is technically not a living organism, but whatever). We just hope that there will be someone to tell them about it and we need a lesson on common sense and kids are not allowed to skip school.
Or we'll start seeing people tweeting about the Earth being flat or the Sun orbiting the Earth.
