Nevertheless, demonstrations have taken place in Michigan, Utah, Wisconsin, Oregon Maryland, Idaho, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Washinton, New Hampshire, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

These states are led by both Republic and Democratic governors.
