‘When I get out of bed, I am up. I don’t appreciate lying
down like a lazy dude. I stand up fit, run up the mountain, engage in some
muscle and body build and importantly have some time with my thoughts.’

On treating oneself, Jason added: ‘If you are too meticulous,
it can ruin up your mind. You need to always take yourself out for a treat.’ Going further, Jason also revealed how to have
a happy relationship.

‘I think a man needs to always be a man. Hold your woman the
way she wants to be held. Do whatever your woman asks of you to do and you both
will be fine.’ He added. Specifically, Jason so much believes in the viewpoint of a happy wife, happy life!

Jason continued: ‘I love carbs, but refutation is a good practice
for the mind. It’s not just about treating oneself, you need to have
self-control and balance.’

On pulling of own stunts, Jason admitted: ‘You can’t accept the action or play the role effectively if you are having someone else do the movements on your behalf.’

Family is, however, something very dear to Jason. Speaking
on protecting his family, the Aquaman character said: ‘How far can you go to
protect your household? I am a dad, I am a son, and I am a husband as well as a
grandson. If someone is to hurt the women in my life and the law did nothing
about it, I would do pretty awful things.’
