Some people have personal reasons for rejecting works whether that defies their principles or conscience. But these designers decided that the celebrities' body size was too big. Hence, they reject making clothes for them, even for special occasions like attending the Grammy's.
Here are celebrities who experienced rejections by designers because of their body size (and got their clothes elsewhere!).

Bebe Rexha had a few designers refusing to design something for her for Grammy's 2019. But those designers are not the only people who can make clothes. It appears that Monsoori is the right designer and allowed Bebe to shade others as she walks the carpet in a dazzling red gown.
Here's her venting it out on Instagram.
"So I finally get nominated at the Grammys and it’s like the coolest thing ever. And a lot of times artists will go and talk to designers and they’ll make them custom dresses to walk the red carpet, right?"
She continued, "So I had my team hit out a lot of designers and a lot of them do not want to dress me because I’m too big. And if a size 6/8 is too big then I don't what to tell you, then I don't want to wear your [expletive] dresses."
You guys telling me this hot, proportional and curvy body as BIG? If she's big, then that makes me a mammoth.

But hey, she's not alone in this! Actress Mayim Balik commented on her situation, showing support and shout out for a designer who had no problem dressing her. Plus, she sent a size 8 hug. How cute is that!

Beyoncé did not always look like that. People might still remember her from when she was part of the Destiny's Child group. And back in the days, she also admitted that it was her mother who sew their costumes for performances. She spoke of it in her acceptance speech at the Fashion Icon Awards. It was because the designers 'didn't really want to dress four black, country, curvy girls'.

What a way to put it. Even before they were popular, they already look gorgeous with those bodies. Do you have to be model-thin size to be considered beautiful?
Well, those designers now only can hope they get another chance.
Ashley Graham.

Ashley Graham surprises us when she said that many brands 'flatly' refused to design something for her. Why? She wasn't within the 'sample range' of those designers.
Oh wow, I never knew that you can only pay for a dress to be made if you are within their sample range. Even though that beats the whole purpose of finding a designer who is supposed to tailor the dress for you.
It's an amazing feat for these designers to reject offers. But Coach isn't as stupid - Ashley appeared stunning in Coach's design.

Tom Ford had promised that he'll only design for one person on Golden Globes 2014 and every other show. That year, he worked for Naomi Watts, so Hayden Panettiere got hers buy shopping at a Tom Ford store.Bryce Dallas Howard

Bryce was asked who her designer was during Golden Globes 2016. She responded in such a normal away, it was epic.
"I just picked it up at Neiman's this week. I like having lots of options for a size 6, as opposed to maybe one option, so I always go to department stores."
Isn't it funny that branded stores have dresses, costumes and outfits in all sizes, but designers just seem to refuse do one in those sizes? More over, it's just a size 6?
Melissa McCarthy

Melissa is among plus-size celebrities who speaks out on how hard it is to fine the right fashion for her body-type. She is so tired of finding a designer for herself that she just chooses to start her own fashion line.Leslie Jones

Leslie Jones revealed in 2016 on Twitter that it was hard for her to be able to get a dress for Ghostbusters premiere. She tweeted, "It's so funny how there are no designers wanting to help me with a premiere dress for movie. Hmmm that will change and I remember everything."Danielle Brooks

We'd thought it's funny, but it happens still. "It makes you feel like you’re 'less than' when you only have four options and three of them are in black or blue. It’s really not fun. “I don’t see why I can’t get to wear Tom Ford or why I can’t wear Gucci or whatever those big name brands are. I don’t understand why I can’t be your 'It' girl.”Gabourey Sidibe

Gabourey always finds it hard to find something that fits her body, but that has also led her to learn finding the positive side of not wearing designer. “I don’t really care because it gives me more freedom," says Gabourey.Jennifer Hudson

Rejecting Jennifer Hudson's request to have an outfit designed for her is insane. As insane as those who refused Beyoncé. But oh wow, that happened before Jennifer Hudson who was size 16.
She also felt the privilege and perks now, “So many more opportunities open up when you’re on the other side, as I am now. I’d no idea what I was missing out on."
She added, "It’s like a whole other world. Suddenly every designer wants to dress you. It’s like, 'You look amazing! Please, choose a dress. Have a bag. And what about shoes?' I mean, wow!"
Barbie Ferreira

Barbie Ferreira, a plus-size model, also shows her frustration in this.
“Curvy women are not allowed to be edgy not allowed to be stylish or allowed to explore their looks like everyone else in this industry. So don't expect much from my designer Looks in the future until people wake tf up," she once tweeted.

Yes, Rachel Bloom.
She actually wore a $3500 Gucci gown when attending 2017 Emmy's. She isn't size zero, but she was AVERAGE.
“It is hard to get places to lend to me because I am not a size zero, but also I can afford it, so it’s OK," says Rachel. What a nice person.

Gabi Fresh was already making a long thread on complaining how there are too few gown made for plus size women, because it doesn't matter what you think - they just want to be able to wear it, so why don't you make some?
Amber commented, "we can't win."

Octavia told the reporters that she actually had not yet found a dress for the Golden Globes back in 2012. She complained, "I'm just a short chubby girl. It's hard for me to find a dress to wear to something like this! It's a lot of pressure, I'll tell ya!"
"No designers are coming to me. Maybe I should have sworn off peanut butter last year instead of this year. One of the best things about awards shows are you get to wear clothes you would never get to wear."
Aidy Bryant

She had to beg designers for plus-size women for TVs and film. Aidy finally had an offer for 2016 Emmys from Eloquii.Christina Hendricks

Her explanation on how hard it was finding a designer will drive you mad, “It is difficult come awards season, and I need to find a gown to walk down the red carpet in, and there are only size zeros and size twos available. Then it becomes downright annoying because all these designers are saying, ‘We love ‘Mad Men,’ we love Christina, but we won’t make her a dress."Dascha Polanco

Dascha spoke to Vogue and revealed that she had visited a lot of high-end brands from whom she was also a customer from. She loved them, but when she reached their PR team they said, "Oh, you’re not the sizes we have, not right now, maybe in the future."Khloe Kardashian

THE KARDASHIAN MADE IT TO THIS LIST?!
I don't know about you, but it sounds absolutely mad to reject anyone from the Kardashian-Jenner family. Khloe did lose 40 pounds and reached her bombshell body today, bring back those 40 pounds, she wasn't the 'fat sister' everyone has been calling her.
But still, it stung to see how people were all comparing her to her model-sisters. So, she got in shape and prove them all wrong.
