Japan is the land of all sorts of cosplaying and playing with characters. Halloween sounds like the perfect time for them to show off what they've got. But one annual Halloween-related event there forbids participants to cosplay as any celebrity or character from movies or anime.

This event is called 地味ハロウィン or 'Jimi Halloween'. They are to dress like ordinary people (who mostly seem like they are facing your typical daily struggles as a Japanese), yet, they are so memorable!
