Thrilling Experience Of A Zoo That Puts People In Moving Cages While Animals Roam Free

Finally, people are beginning to understand that there is no fun watching caged animals performing stunts in a bid to amuse us. Animal captivity is wrong in all levels since other animal species like the humans have freedom for life and deserve to live freely as nature dictates.

As heated debates on animal captivity continue to gain momentum, it now makes sense why keeping wild animals in cages is inhumane. When you come to think of it, we have destroyed and deprived these animals of their natural environment, and even dare imprison them for our own amusement. If this doesn’t prove the stench of animal cruelty, then nothing will.

As other zoo’s around the world are closing shop, others have found ways for humans to see animals without caging the wildlife. One such zoo called Lehe Ledu Wildlife Zoo in China gives an opportunity for people to view their favorite wild animals while they roam about freely.

Instead of the typical scenarios where animals are locked in cages, visitors are driven around the park in a caged vehicle all while the world’s most ferocious predators stalk them like prey.

Bengal tigers, white tigers, lions, and bears are attracted to bait attached to the visitor’s cage. Whole chickens, chunks of meat are tied outside the moving vehicles to entice the animals for the visitors to have a closer view.

This zoo is special enough to even allow the people to feed the exotic beats. There are small openings that allow the animals to practically eat off the palm of your hand. This makes for a scary and exciting trip, as the animals are extremely close to the cages.

Chan Llang, the zoo’s spokeswoman explains:

“We wanted to give our visitors the thrill of being stalked and attacked by the big cats but with, of course, none of the risks. The guests are warned to keep their fingers and hands inside the cage at all times because a hungry tiger wouldn’t know the difference between them and breakfast.”

Well, seems like their idea worked as people are loving it. Local and international tourists are topping in to have a thrilling experience.

Visitor Tao Jen said; “Its nothing as I’ve never experienced in a zoo before. We’re not looking at them, they’re looking at us- and we’re lunch.”
