Woman Got Kicked Out From Restaurant For 'Not Acceptable' Outfit

When walking down the road or at the shopping mall, you are vulnerable to come across different styles of outfits.  In today’s society, it has become quite a common practice to dress revealing, and in many instances, it is considered the norm. However, it seems not everyone supports revealing outfits, and this Australian Restaurant is proof. Although, the restaurant might have gone quite far with a tourist identified as Martina Corradi.

Martina was on an outing with her boyfriend on Christmas Eve.  But she was left embarrassed and offended when a waitress at the North Bondi Fish informed her she wasn’t dressed appropriately. The waitress went as far as calling the manager’s attention, who eventually kicked Martina out in front of other customers. The Italian wore high-waisted linen trousers, high heels, and a bralette crop top.

According to Martina, the restaurant’s website had said dress cold is smart casual. ‘I want an opinion from outside, even because I felt very embarrassed and offended at the same time. Today I went to NBF with my boyfriend. We did sign in, and we took a seat at the terrace outside, under the sun.’

‘The waitress, as soon as I took a seat, said that I am not well-dressed and that this is not acceptable to stay in a place like that (I mean a fish and chips, in front of the beach). My boyfriend and I looked at her, and we didn’t know what to say. We were shocked.’ Martina explained in her now-viral post.

Gemma Swanson, the General Manager at North Bondi Fish, apologized over the mistake of judgment and offered Martina a free meal

‘We have since contacted Martina, apologized for the error, and invited her and her partner back to enjoy lunch or dinner on us. We uphold a casual dress code, and Martina shouldn’t have been asked to leave. We will be retraining our staff and management on our protocols, including dress codes. We pride ourselves in welcoming everyone to enjoy the North Bondi Fish experience.’ Swanson reportedly said.
