Popular Vegan Influencer Gets Caught Eating Fish, Starts Making Excuses, But Her Followers Aren’t Buying It

Yovana Mendoza Ayres is an influencer and is famous for being a healthy raw vegan. Correct that. Was a healthy vegan until recently, she was seen eating fish with her friends.

The video exploded and everyone was demanding the truth. Well, people were actually already seeing the truth that Yovana was not a real vegan anymore. What made this really bad is that she has been selling her vegan diet plan to people and claimed that they worked. In response to the viral video, Yovana made a 33-minute video explaining her health conditions and it turns out that she has been unhealthy.

She has been unhealthy for the past 2 years, thanks to the same diet plan she has been selling.

Yovana started her raw vegan diet six years ago and did a crazy stunt. A year after that, she spent 25 days drinking only mineral water.

She felt amazing but also lost her periods. She consulted the fact to non-professionals and thought it was 'normal'. That was until she realized not having your period is not normal.

And here's the fishy video of Rawvana.

Rawvana was actually diagnosed to have entered pre-menopausal despite her feeling amazing about herself. But it definitely didn't take her long to understand and start changing her diet. She is still vegan at this time.

But not a RAW vegan, because she started eating cooked food on top of eating more salt. She got her period back, but it was irregular and stopped again after a year.

And after 5 months without ovulation, she got herself checked. She was anemic and had unstable hormones in her.

The doctor repeatedly gave her inputs on how she should change her diet and what supplements to have. But she still chose to listen to those who are part of the movement.

She consulted to a nutritionist and was adviced to take iron supplement so she did. She was tracking her macros, increasing protein intake and was 'super motivated'.

“I would film a video and I would get really tired after that.” She was then diagnosed with Vaginitis Candida.

But she quickly adjusted her diet during this time and within a few weeks, got herself back up again from it. Although, she has to admit that it was a painful experience as she had to handle it during her traveling.

Here is her apology video.

Basically, her journey into raw vegan went wrong. A whole lot wrong, especially since she began that 25-day mineral water fasting. She started to enter a pre-menopause stage and was diagnosed with a lot of health issues. She was avoiding meat the whole time, but after years of fight, she gave up.

“I wasn’t considering all of the options and for me it was now an option, I was seeing it as an option. And that’s exactly why I haven’t shared it with you, because for me it’s still an experiment, for me it’s still a process, I’m still figuring it out. I’m not gonna sit in front of the camera and tell you like, ‘oh, I’ve been eating eggs and fish for the past two months and everything is better and everything is good, and the plant-based diet doesn’t work.’ No. I’m not saying that at all. I’m saying that i’m trying to figure it out.”

It was apologetic and almost believable. But hey, you can still buy her diet plan!

People think she should have opened up early and just be honest before she puts others in danger.
